At the annual Art of Elysium Gala, held earlier this month in Los Angeles, many celebrities came out to show their support for the organization, which hosts art programs for children with serious illnesses. One of the most stunning stars on the red carpet was actress and model Molly Sims. Celebrity hairstylist Adriana Trevizo gave the Project Accessory host soft waves with a braided halo, a gorgeous look for the pregnant star. “One of my ideas with this hairstyle was to accentuate how beautiful and glowing Molly is as an expectant mother,” Trevizo says. “I was also inspired by her Marchesa dress and it’s Bohemian, flowy feel. I pictured her right away with natural waves and a braid reminiscent of a classic Bohemian look.” Here, Trevizo shares how she achieved the style using Oribe Hair Care products.

1. Prep hair with Volumista on the roots.
2. Rough-dry the hair and spray with Superfine Strong.
3. Complete a beautiful blow-dry with wavy curls using a round brush.
4. Finish with Dry.
5. Add extensions to make a braid and pin it in place at the crown.
